Fred Lovejoy of the Jackson Valley Telephone Company announces a moving picture show will open in the L.O.C. hall once wiring is finished and no delays occur. He plans Saturday night screenings starting March 20, using Salt Lake City films, with St Leek assisting and the operator handling the projector. In addition to the telephone work, he is supplying lights for several local venues and banks, aiming for strong patronage for this new amusement.

Soldiers Entertained Returned Soldiers at Club House Event
A public entertainment held Friday evening in the Club House honored returned soldiers. About twelve tables hosted High Five cards, followed by ice cream and cake served by a ladies committee. Very Much Alive Coyote Steals Harness From Ranger
Rudolph Rosencrans of Black Rock ranger station trapped a coyote and killed it with a club. He brought the carcass and new pack harness to his cabin, then found the coyote had escaped with the harness, headed south through Dry Hollow on the move.
