New Automobile Law Extends Registration to Motorcycles
The new law in regard to motor registrations extends to motorcycles and automobiles, effective March 20, 117. All motorcycles owned and operated in Wyoming must be registered with the Secretary of State. Application must include vehicle factory numbers, be sworn to by the owner, and forms are available from the Secretary of State, sheriffs, villages, and banks. Licenses vary by vehicle and purchase date, with dealer plates and nontransferable licensure. rear plates must be illuminated, vehicles require dimmers, and spotlights are restricted. Peace officers are charged with enforcement.
