A Republican precinct committeemen convention is called for May in Kemmerer to choose valley delegates. If Jackson Hole cannot attend, a few should represent the area to secure county offices. The aim is a commissioner, state representative, and one elective county officer with a united valley vote.
Earl Bowman Ben Goebel and Chas De Brough, trapped north of Yellowstone, trudged from a snowbound Regina area to Jackson to inquire why continual snow fell. A community dance aided their return, and the trio completed a 20 mile snowshoe journey to Moran.
Mrs Roy McBride traveled as a passenger on the outgoing stage yesterday morning. She plans a combined business and pleasure voyage visiting Twin Falls Pocatello and Ogden.

Lillian Carroll daughter of Mr and Mrs Carroll of Kelly married John Carton a local rancher at noon in Kelly. Rev Baxter conducted the single ring ceremony before about 35 guests. Miss Pearl Carroll acted as bridesmaid and Miss Ben Taylor organized a large candy gift. The couple reside on a ranch north of Kelly and received many gifts at a prior shower. A Sunday farewell party honored the couple as they begin married life. Also noted are Dean Baxter arriving to work as auto mechanic and Rodney Jones returning from a six month trip in Nebraska and Iowa.
