Cotton linters to aid print paper production planned
Cotton linters are to be used soon in making print paper. Agricultural department experts deem the project feasible. Two large mills are under construction, one at Hopewell Virginia and one at Dallas Texas. The Dallas mill aims to produce 20 tons of print paper daily.
