Plaintiffs petition states defendants are non residents and cannot be served. Notice by publication is ordered to the defendants that suit seeks to divest defendants and vest title to land in plaintiff. Land described as sections and parcels in section 6 township 29 north range 12 east containing 169.70 acres. H R Quinn died in this city on June 80th leaving no immediate relatives but many friends. He served as cashier at the Jackson Exchange Bank after early years as printer and harness maker. A lifelong Catholic, he was unmarried and buried in the city cemetery beside his mother after funeral services at the Catholic church.

The left side of her body and left arm burned. blood poisoning developed. She leaves husband K. J. Collard and two young sons. Funeral at Byrd residence tomorrow morning at 10.00. Bank Examiner W. J. H. Stone was in Oak Ridge last week.
