George W. Moser, a longtime resident of Tishomingo County, died May 15 at Holent. Born December 2, 1824 in Wayne County Tennessee, he lived a devout Methodist life and left seven children, five living. His funeral drew many neighbors and friends as he rests in the local graveyard.
Telegram confirms death of Prof H A Dean a noted educator long linked to the Southern education system. A man of knightly honor and great influence on pupils and colleagues, his memory is praised as shaping the New South through devoted service and high character.
