Paul Hodges Dies After Short Illness in Florence
Florence Times notes the death of Hon. Paul Hodges a respected lawyer and civic figure born in 1861 in Mississippi. He studied at Virginia Law School and practiced in Kansas City before settling in Florence in 1889. He married Susan Pride in 1900 and left four children and two brothers. Funeral was held at the family home with interment in the city cemetery.
