Iuka board approves land additions to stocklaw area
The Board of Supervisors met February 6 1912 approving the petition of B H Davis C L Reynolds O C Davis G H Davis JH Gober G W Boothe J E Moothe and Rapp Reynolds to add lands to the stocklaw territory with effect from June 5 1912. The meeting also recorded circuit court allowances and various road and financial actions including prisoner handling and paupers. A public road change notices and officer appointments were discussed, with several overseer replacements and a future election to fill a constable vacancy scheduled for March 9 1912.
