A roan mare about 1000 pounds with white hind feet and face, front feet shod with ce lips, wearing halter, with braided mane, was reported missing from Plevna on September 8. Northern Pacific passengers were alerted via F E Swendiman of the division as details were circulated.

The hearing was set before Felix G Z Gre Commissioner in Jemayi Ona on October 16 1909. Witnesses named: David Bickle Lon Fig BB Chas DeGraffenreid and J E Prindle all from Ismay or nearby Montana.
