Local residents and visitors trade town visits and business
Knowlton and Miles City residents frequent Ismay for business and social calls. Carloads of lumber arrive with unloads in Ismay. New residents Roy Jones and Fred Jacobs from Black River Falls plan to locate here. Officials note Baker's boom and rising population as crops in eastern Custer County look favorable for a big yield.
