Burlington rancher brings Montana horses to Adams area
The North Adams Evening Transcript notes Charles McKay shipped 24 young horses from Montana to Adams Massachusetts in July. He and Derosia guided the herd to the Burnett farm in Savoy, where they will be turned out to pasture. The horses, four years old and well bred, drew a large local crowd despite rain.
