Promptness and dispatch are the watchwords in our store with courteous attention to every customer need. A trial on drugs prescriptions sundries Kodak supplies phonographs and blue amberol records is invited, with special prices on wax records. Seed legsoy is advancing rapidly.
Numerous local notices report items for sale including horses goats tractors and cattle from Ismay and Jamay. People travel between Miles City Baker and Winnipeg and shipments arrive from Elgin and Wisconsin as residents seek land breaking dairy and farming expansion opportunities.
Easter Day exercises are announced for Sunday March 30 with an opening chorus and prayers. The program includes readings songs and recitations by quartettes and a group of soloists plus a closing hymn. The public is invited to attend.
Notice is given that George C. Hayward of Mildred Montana has filed intent to make final five year proof to establish a claim to federal land described as In Section 26 Township 10N Range 545 M P Meridian. The hearing will occur before Leon C. Hayes U S Commissioner at Ismay Montana on April 30 1913. Witnesses include Christ Jacobson Elizabeth Jacobson Charles Ford Christ Enebak and A Kircher.

The Fallen Commercial Club, in a March 24 meeting, voted to withhold support from all county division movements. They will petition out any territory that may be infringed upon by any county division movement to date and seek to correct any false impression about Falloy business intentions.
