The Pirate Scarlet Silas on the Chicago Lakes
A Chicago riverfront tale follows Randy and Sam two river sailors who vow to capture pirate Scarlet Silas for a $10 000 reward. A shady secret service man Barram exploits their greed with a phony arrest and a vault of diamonds proves hollow as the note reveals a fraud and flight to the South Seas.
