Irvine Homes: Housing Prices Rise in 2013 Forecast
California real estate forecasters predict 2013 sales up 1.3 percent with prices rising 5.7 percent to 335000. Double digit price gains are noted for 2012 at 10.9 percent to 317000. Unemployment should fall below 10 percent and GDP grow over 2 percent next year. Cathy Haney, Irvine broker, is cited.
