Exalt to Buy PwC Outsourcing Unit for 17 Million Dollars
Exalt Inc acquires PwC's international business process outsourcing arm for 17 million. The deal adds blue chip clients including Standard Chartered Bank and Equifax UK, about 15 total, and ~500 employees. Revenue across remaining contracts is ~100 million, with annual combined revenue ~25 million. Expansion targets include UK, South America, Easter Europe, Western Europe, Hong Kong and Singapore.
