Irvine budget mostly flat with Great Park fund shift
Irvine City Council approved FY 2003 04 spending with a $1 million transfer from the reserve for economic uncertainty to the Great Park special fund. Total revenue and expenditures are about $95.3 million, with uncertainty tied to California’s budget crisis and vehicle license fee losses. The shift aims to support annexation of the El Toro site and park development through 2004.
