Irvine teacher coach charged in teen lewd-photos case
Irvine police say at least 70 victims from Lake Forest Irvine Anaheim Tustin and Orange have come forward in the child pornography case against Zachary Joshua Reeder 30 who posed as a young blonde on Facebook to lure underage boys into sending explicit images. Prosecutors filed 140 felony counts including possession distribution and luring. Reeder posted a $1 million bail and was released from OC Jail. Police urge anyone with information to contact Detective Frough Jahid.

Medal of Valor awarded to Irvine firefighter
Two off duty Irvine firefighters Robert Davidson and Craig Ritter earned the Medal of Valor after rescuing a driver from a crash on I-15 on January 17, 2012. They spotted a burning car, stopped 80 yards away, and pulled the unconscious victim from the wreck just as another vehicle nearly struck Davidson’s car.
