John A Jones born 1865 in Utica New York living in Columbus City and Washington died Monday at his East Jefferson Street home after long illness in poor health for three years. He worked at Dougherty Brothers Clothing for over twenty years earning full trust from the firm and helped build the Welsh trade to their store. He leaves wife Emma and two children Norwood and Mrs George Pauls.

Last Surviving Brother Laid to Rest in Elm Grove
The last surviving member of a family completed a long journey after his twin brother died in May. A member of the Presbyterian church Knights of Pythias and Woodman Lodge, he was funeralized this afternoon at two from the Presbyterian church by Rev. F. W. Eastwood. Interment followed in Elm Grove cemetery.
