4 H News May Meeting at Burkhard Home
The Fredonia Marion Frisky Masters held their May 4 H meeting on May 1 at Dave Burkhard's home. Dave Cronin presided as vice-president, sixteen members answered roll with a feed ingredient, a newsletter from the Extension office was read, and plans for a June tour were made. Tony and Mike Wieler spoke on Measuring Pork Carcasses, followed by a talk by Shidehara Uehara from Brazil. Lunch was served by Mrs. Burkhard. Merle Peterson was secretary. The Blessing of the Seeds occurred Wednesday evening at St Mary church of Maurice, followed by an evening Mass by Rev Richard Kielbasa.
