Also Johnson Jr. Homemakers met March 18 at the Willer home with sixteen members. interviews for state conference and county council elections were arranged, milk topic tests and shelter meal talks provided, and a meal concluded the session. Visitors from Colorado Springs stayed with the Green family.

A widow with a veteran husband who died from a service connected condition may receive dependency and indemnity compensation regardless of income. An income limit applies to VA death pension, a separate benefit for widows of wartime veterans who died from non service connected conditions, according to VA adjudication officer C. E.
