Birth announced for Randall Grasz's son in Hinton
A son was born Tuesday March 20 at Sioux City St Luke's Medical Center to Mr and Mrs Randall Grasz of Hinton Iowa. Higgins said he would pursue a class action suit to force funding of relief from sources other than property tax revenues. Iowa paid $1.29 in taxes for each aid dollar received and $420 million in taxes for aid programs vs $325 million in federal grants.
