Nipco Credit Union Elects New Directors in Sioux City
The Nipco credit union held its sixth annual meeting at the Biltmore restaurant in Sioux City on February 5 with 35 shareholders present and 20 guests. A 4 percent dividend on shares and a 10 percent interest rebate was declared for investors and borrowers. New directors elected were William A. DeVos and Philip A. Hanan. The group reports 89 shareholders with assets of 35,977.09 and loans of 35,213.64. John Allen presented revised by laws and changes were approved per the State Department of Banking. Les Davis of Iowa City Des Moines spoke as organizer.
