Comings and Goings at Iowa State College Lunch Course
Seventy five persons registered for the 12th annual school lunch short course at Iowa State College, running June 8 to June 13. Le Mars attendee Mrs. Minna E. Jaffer joins attendees as daily discussion groups prepare meals served to all. A meal review later in the week tests nutrition for grade and high school children, with town superintendents and principals invited to the closing Saturday session. Certificates will be awarded.
