Felco Lake Okoboji Conference Heads to June 18

The 16th Annual Lakes Conference brings managers and employees from Iowa Nebraska and Minnesota Farm Cooperatives to Vacation Village Lake Okoboji. June 1 is the employee conference with June 18 the manager session under the theme Planning A Key to Any Door. Noted speakers from academia business and cooperative sectors will address personnel planning long range computerized planning and knowledge driven leadership. The event includes family activities and programs for women and children as part of continuing education for farm cooperative managers and employees sponsored by Farmers Regional Cooperative Fort Dodge with additional fall sessions for directors.
