In total 673 fulltime students or 39 percent achieved at least a 3.1 GPA.

County treasurer Fred Riter warns license fees become delinquent after Wednesday January 31 with 5 percent monthly penalties and a $1 minimum. Vehicle owners must bring plates and receipts to the treasurer before Jan 31 to avoid later penalties. To junk a car, plate title and registration must be surrendered with a junking affidavit.
