Gustave Vlotho 78 retired farmer and Le Mars resident since 1933 will have funeral services at 2 p m Tuesday at St John United church with Rev Harold Maxwell officiating. Burial in Le Mars Memorial Cemetery under Mauer's Funeral Home. He died Saturday at 115 4th Ave SW after illness. Born Nov 28 1884 in Ireton he married Marie Blumer July 29 1937 in Orange City. Surviving are wife Marie and two sisters Mrs R H Bilts and Mrs A L Salberg. He was preceded in death by his parents two brothers and a sister.

Funeral services for Mrs. Le na Bainbridge 71 of Kingsley who died Saturday were at 2 p.m. Monday in the Kingsley Methodist church Rev Myron Brockmeyer officiated and burial was in the Kingsley cemetery under direction of the Dickison funeral home. She was born November 24 1891 in Huntington Pennsylvania and had lived in Iowa since 1900 residing in Kingsley for seven years. She belonged to the Kingsley Methodist church. Survivors include a son Vance of Kingsley and three sisters Mrs Harry Rehm Mrs Mabel Klein and Mrs Leonard Applegate of Chicago.
