Iowa State Christmas festival features electronic music first
The 17th annual Christmas festival at Iowa State University in Ames December 16 and 17 showcased a festival chorus of more than 400 student voices with three programs. Mary Kohler of Remsen participated as a student and Greg Brown of Le Mars joined the oratorio chorus. Performances were at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at C. Y. Stephens Auditorium with the theme Festival of Light and first time electronic music used in the festival.
