Mrs. Florence Warner Cheeseman of Reinbeck read about an open house for Mr and Mrs Port Shaner of LaPorte City on their 65th wedding anniversary. She checked if it was the Port Shaner who attended school east of Lanark Illinois in 1896 and 1897 and confirmed it. School mates reunited after eight decades.
