Arthur W. Kramer 71 of Hinton died December 14 1975 at a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness. Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at Luken Johnson Funeral Home Le Mars with Rev H H Schauland officiating. Burial is Hillside Cemetery Merrill. A prayer service is 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Le Mars funeral home. He was born September 26 1904 in Hinkley Minnesota and married Blanche Brown August 11 1930 in Woden. He was a long time Hinton farmer. Survivors include his wife a son Eugene of Los Angeles two daughters Elizabeth Ann Shaw Bonn Germany and Sue Rae LaBahn Hinton a sister Anna Tremeter Merrill and four grandsons and six granddaughters.

Le Mars Cousin Killed in Schleswig Crash
Steve Zeno Ernst, 52, of rural Danbury and cousin of Le Mars families, died Friday in a two vehicle crash northeast of Schleswig at a county road junction. His truck collided with a Crawford County truck. Services were held at the Lutheran church in Ricketts with burial in Mount Hope cemetery Mapleton. He is survived by his wife four daughters a grandson his mother three brothers and two sisters.

Damage numbered $450 total with $150 to Lorenzen’s truck and $300 to Wolf’s. The Meals on Wheels price stated was incorrect at $1.25.
