Woodbury County arraigns man on interstate weapon charge
Glen H. Clinkenbeard 43 of Sioux City was arraigned in Sioux City on a charge of interstate transportation of a concealed weapon by a convicted felon. He admitted larceny of a generator near Hinton and faced bond set at 2000 dollars for the weapon charge. Preliminary hearing scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday in the federal building.

Marie Wilhelmine Utech of 44 Fifth Ave NE died Thursday at Sacred Heart hospital after a several months illness. Funeral services are set for Saturday at 2 p.m. at Mauer funeral home with Rev. Sherwood Haas officiating. Burial will be in Le Mars Moria cemetery. She was born October 11, 1893 in Elgin township near Le Mars. Survivors include a sister, Helen Haas of Fairmont, ND, and several nephews and nieces. Previously preceded in death by her parents and a sister in infancy.
