The Plymouth County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee met September 9, 1957 in the Farm Bureau Office with 23 present, including 12 committee members and 8 chairmen. Mrs Hodgson opened with a poem Freedom. They planned a Rural Urban Day for early October inviting urban ladies to tour rural and urban businesses, promoting lard as a good product.
