Funeral services were held Thursday at 2 p m from the Congregational church for Miss Freda Farenkrug daughter of Mr and Mrs William Kahrenkrug who died at St Josephs hospital Tuesday May 15 after mas toid operation. Don McQueene is ill at home after a stroke. Mrs E L Kitterman went to Des Moines to be with her sister Mrs Windom Payne who is in hospital there. Mrs Payne faces a second operation after a prior one and friends hope for her full recovery. EB Derby went to Sioux City on business Tuesday. Anna Lehman went to Le Mars to work for Mr and Mrs John Featherstone as Mrs Featherstone is confined.
