Wheat Referendum Set For June 20 On Marketing Quotas

Wheat producers in 36 states face a June 20 referendum to decide whether 1958 marketing quotas and penalties will apply to the 1958 crop. If disapproved, no quotas but allotments remain with price support at 50 percent of parity. farm allotments apply nationwide with Iowa in the commercial area.
