Coach Clyde Drury says no suitable date has been found for the Gala Day meet this year. If a date cannot be settled this week the relays will be canceled for the year. Snow and cold weather on Saturday, the former meet day, prevented holding the event. next year the relays will return.

Stanton Rural Students Prepare for State Examinations

From Stanton many pupils in seventh and eighth grade will take the state examinations this week while several family members plan a Sunday trip to Stordon, Minnesota to visit relatives and tend to business matters.
