The LeMars Globe-Post announces R F Stargl as editor of the leading city and county paper with second class matter status at the LeMars post office under the act of March 3 1879.
On May 19, 19329, the District Court of Plymouth County appointed the undersigned as Executors of the Estate of James Keenan, deceased. All persons indebted to the estate should pay the undersigned, and those having claims against the estate must present them legally authentic.
The Dist rict Court of Plymouth County Iowa appoints Blanche Spotts executrix of the estate of S W Spotts deceased. Creditors must present claims legally authenticated for allowance, with payments to executors Keenan named as recipients. Published notices appear in The LeMars Globe-Post May 22 29 June 5 1939.
Advertised notices announce administratorship of John H. Daugherty estate with Mary E. Daugherty as administratrix and probate actions for P. J. Kaiser and Minnie Munn. Readers warned to file claims, present proofs, and attend hearings in Plymouth County Iowa. Dates May 1939 to June 1939.
