Coyotes Sing At Camp Fire Outing In Rock Creek Area

Special correspondent reports Camp Fire Girls enjoyed a weeklong outing from Monday to Friday afternoon near Rock Creek Milnerville. They were amused by coyotes singing and other outdoor experiences. Struble Mourns S P Harriman Death in Auto Crash

Poultry Income Improves For Low Flocks In June

June brought stronger results for Iowa State College Extension Service reports on farm calendar flocks. Ten low producing flocks posted 29 cents income per bird after expenses, marking a rare profit in eight months. High producing flocks yielded 33 cents income per bird, while all flocks averaged 14.4 eggs per hen and 44 cents receipts per bird.
