J P Kunkel was arrested by Game Warden Lemke near Westfield Iowa on illegal fishing charges. Hearing before Jake Koenig at Le Mars police stations resulted in a $25 fine suspended and Kunkel paying $75 plus costs. Officials say he avoided harsher penalties for commercial fishing in a restricted stream.
