Emerson Oaken and family of Culver City arrived Friday by car to visit their sister Mrs. Henry Baack Jr. in Ireton and nearby. The 4 H girls and their teacher Mrs Ralph Peebles held a picnic after a brief meeting.
Ira Mentzer collected several truckloads of household goods for Park in a Struble Spécial event. The effort highlighted local charity as volunteers organized pickups and deliveries to support families in need.
The Board of Directors of Struble In School District will meet July 18 1947 at 8 00 P M at School House.
