Sheldon Youths Die From Gas Leak in Sioux City

Gaylord Johnson and Fred Sage, Sheldon youths, were overcome by illuminating gas while seeking work in Sioux City. Sage died at the scene. Johnson lay unconscious for days before passing away. Funeral services were held in Sheldon and Peterson, with mourners sending sympathy to the families.
