The case seeks foreclosure of a March 8, 1917 mortgage by H C Fedderson and related spouses and others to Ellen Creamer to recover 15000 dollars plus interest taxes and costs on the southeast quarter of section 35 township 90 range 47 west of the Fifth principal meridian. A receiver may be appointed to rent and manage the property until sale to satisfy the judgment, with redemption rights preserved. The suit notes subordinate liens by several named lenders and parties and warns default if defenses are not filed by September 26, 1927.
