Dro and Mrs W L Downing entertained a group of high school teachers at a buffet supper on Sunday evening. After supper the hours were spent informally with social visiting and informal social diversion.
Le Mars society pages list Piraneis Asbury, Thursday Dinner Club, and many church groups meeting at homes and local venues. Guests from Alcester and Beresford join mothers, daughters, and club members for potlucks, social hours, and contract bridge. A Delta Kappa Gamma chapter dinner, Realtor and Elks gatherings, and a high school student party round out a busy week of community activities.
