Plymouth county high school boys basketball tournament set for Akron on February 7 10 and 11 with nine town and consolidated schools expected to participate. Charles H. Obye in Akron directs plans. Twenty two LeMars normal training students took state exams January 18 19 and 20 supervised by County Superintendent Petersen. Central nursing committee met January 19 at Miss Alice Miller’s home. immunization survey will finish soon. Mrs Neva Taylor spoke to Westfield pupils January 19 on Parent Teacher associations introduced by Miss Christine L Petersen. District No 4 pupils performed a program followed by luncheon. Examinations for teachers uniform county certificates will be January 25 26 and 27 at the court house. Miss Leone Bernard has left her post. Irene Landry fills it. Rural teachers prepare history lesson plans tied to reading testing for fourth to sixth graders. mimeographed materials to aid reading comprehension.
