New York Jan 12 a leading clergyman Dr Peres Gordon assistant rector of St Bartholemews was found in his room at the Hotel Whatcott with a pistol wound. The death was by his own hand and the circumstances remain shrouded in mystery as the report became public through the Chief Medical Examiner Morris.
Washington January 13. President Wheeler sent to the nation that D. R. Crissinger of Marion Ohio now comptroller of the currency is named governor of the federal reserve board. James G.
