William L. Schimberg 58 of Sioux City died on arrival after a heart attack while driving east on Fifth Street. An autopsy found cause as a right coronary occlusion. He leaves a widow Maryellen, three brothers Henry Theodore Joseph and two sisters. He worked at Wincharger since 1940 and belonged to St Casimir’s, Eagles, and Teutonia clubs.

The former Mrs W F Knoop Sr of Le Mars died Tuesday at a Santa Barbara retirement home in California. She had remarried after her first husband Dr William Knoop, a Le Mars veterinarian, left the area years ago. Rites for Mrs H E McFarland 77 will be in Santa Barbara with burial at Tacoma Wash. She was the daughter of late Le Mars police chief Frank Smith.

Home Leave for Airman from Oriskany Vietnam Duty
