Jeffers and a Burwell from the county were married Wednesday evening at the bride’s parents house. Rev Chew of the United Brethren church officiated. Attendants were Anna Jeffers as bridesmaid and Irving Boyer as best man, with Nellie Burwell as wedding match. About fifty guests attended the celebration and elaborate dinner followed. He leaves eight children, four sons and four daughters, all residents of the county except James Britt of Nobles County who attended the funeral.
