Fisch Wins Car Ownership Case Over Nelson Lot
In a Nebrask a civil suit Fisch was awarded $3 000 and ownership of a car after a dispute with Nelson of Omaha over a vehicle purchased via Richard Laughton. The judges ruled Fisch the rightful owner as he sued for title when a certificate was not issued. Separate criminal rulings fined two men for driving while intoxicated.
