LeMars Visitors and Local Dance Draw Large Crowd
Mrs John Plueger and son La Verne and many locals were LeMars callers midweek. A Brunsville visit occurred as Miss Lillie Sebens called on Wednesday evening. A large crowd attended the Whitewse dance Wednesday night. Ben Fischer Jr underwent appendicitis surgery at Sacred Heart hospital LeMars and is recovering. Numerous local residents, including Mr and Mrs John Plueger, Henry Peters, Herman Weyen, Maulkner, and Albert Nu, paid calls across LeMars and Brunsville in the period.

A Brunsville visit saw William Borchers host a visitor on Thursday evening. Wallace Reese served as a local caller that night. Fred Flachman and his companions from Crammer Neb spent time with friends and relatives here. Sunday guests at John Plueger’s home included Herman Weyen and his daughter Deloris, George Wilkinson of Brunsville, and Fred Flachman with his companions. Ben Fischer of McNally, a patient at Sacred Heart hospital LeMars, is progressing as well as can be expected.

Various guests arrived for visits including Dr Julius Kraft and family from Albuquerque and Mrs Lou Alvilson with daughter Jil of Chicago.
