Preston Center Mr and Mrs Rank Oetken and family were Hawarden callers on Saturday evening. Norman Barker spent Friday afternoon with Ralph Collmann. Mr and Mrs Austin Muth and children spent Sunday with Mrs Max Wilson at Hawarden. Mr and Mrs Lewis Borchers and son Myron spent Sunday evening with the B C Borchers. Mr and Mrs J Popken and Ramona were Sunday dinner guests of Fred Gronemeyer. Mr and Mrs George Gronemeyer and children visited Frank McElhaney. Miss Loris Gronemeyer visited Henry Weyen. Sympathy is extended to the Weyen family on the loss of their infant son. The baby was one of twins born to the Weyens on April 17. the other twin, a little daughter, is doing nicely.
