Liberty high school juniors and seniors visited a college laboratory on Thursday. Mrs Geo Kress and Howard visited the John Ann home on Sunday. Gill Lorne and Claude Ross dropped by Wallace Baack's home that afternoon. Mrs Trometer and Evelyn Wey visited Sioux City for a weekend trip.

Wallace and Clayton Schouten of Rock Valley visited grandparents here. A daughter was welcomed by Mr and Mrs Thomas Muth of Hagel township. American Legion and auxiliary met in Rock Valley with delegates from Hawarden Ireton Orange City Alton Granville Hospers Hull Boyden Sioux Center and Rock Valley. Confirmation class at St Pauls Lutheran and new church members announced.
