Ten fishermen apprehended Sunday by Game Warden Ralph A. Lemke of Alton for fishing without licenses appeared in Justice J A Hentges court. Eight pled guilty. fines of 5 dollars and 2 dollars costs each. Two defendants sought venue change. In Remsen’s Justice Barn ey Bankers court they were fined 15 dollars and 2 costs, with 12 dollars of the fine suspended, leaving them effectively 5 dollars apiece plus venue fees.
